FIRST POSITION: INSIDE SALES ASSOCIATE

The Job:

The inside sales position is ideal for someone who is driven and hungry for success. Responsibilities for the position include but are not limited to:

-Develop new prospects and expand existing accounts
-Maintain required number of quality outbound calls to customer contacts
-Generate incremental revenue according to specific targets
-Conduct in-depth product presentations
-Record accurate customer data to the CRM system

-College degree (technical background preferred but not required)

The Job:

This is a high exposure support position in which candidates assist our existing enterprise customers to resolve technical issues. Tech Support will communicate to AvePoint’s worldwide customer base via online webcasts and conference calls. The ideal candidate should have a solid technical background and excellent written/verbal communication skills, willingness to learn and able to work in a fast-paced,high energy environment.

-BA/BS Degree (Computer Science majors are preferred but not required)
-1 to 5 years of experiences

The Job:

The Product Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of the strategic plan for a specific product and/or product line. This person will need to be involved in the product definition and product management throughout the entire product lifecycle. We’re seeking an experienced self-starter, with an entrepreneurial spirit, to join our team of fun, high energy,creative and smart people as we develop the next big thing! -Present new products & features to necessary team members, such as trainers, marketing coordinators, and sales management
-Monitor the overall development schedule to ensure on time delivery of product releases
-Conduct market research studies to ascertain competitive features, pricing, and market share
-Organize and Lead product planning, phase review and operational preparedness across all involved departments

-Experience with software development
-Familiarity with SalesForce.com or CRMs (Customer Relationship Management Systems)
-Experience in transforming business and design requirements into a product requirements document
